Ever wonder what an evening out was like the 1940’s?
Maybe you experienced the 40s and just want to travel back in time for a night of classy brass music and throwback cocktails like a Sidecar, French 75, or a Grasshopper.
Every other Wednesday, call ahead for a table because it’s standing room only at Shuckers when the Dreamers are playing.
The Dreamers are a 17 piece swing band that perform throughout the Treasure Coast. The musicians are all local residents and are or were predominantly business men and women who have a honed their musical skills for many years to bring you the professional big band sound that local residents have enjoyed for more than ten years.
The band performs in the style of the 1940’s and is comprised of 4 sections that include five saxophones, four trumpets, four trombones and a rhythm section of piano, bass guitar, drums and a vocalist.
Put on your dancing shoes and call the friends, because where else can you listen to a 17 piece live band on the BEACH?!
